Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

UNBLISSED – Lifetime Warranty Policy (Mini Banners)

At UNBLISSED, we stand behind the quality of our products and our commitment to long-lasting performance.

This Lifetime Warranty applies specifically to UNBLISSED mini banners and covers material degradation due to natural wear over time, under normal use conditions.

Warranty Coverage

After the first 30 days from the date of purchase, UNBLISSED provides a lifetime warranty against:

- Fading caused by sun exposure

- Material deterioration due to weather conditions (rain, wind, heat, or cold)

- Natural wear resulting from normal outdoor or indoor use

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Proof of Purchase
    A valid receipt, order confirmation, or verifiable purchase record is required.

  2. Proof of Product Condition
    Clear photos or videos must be provided showing the issue, including:

    • Visible deterioration or damage

    • Context of use (installation environment)

  3. Time Requirement
    Warranty claims are valid only after 30 days from the original purchase date.

What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

- Improper or faulty installation

- Misuse, neglect, or abuse of the product

- Accidental damage or intentional alteration

- Use outside normal or intended conditions

- Unauthorized modifications or repairs

UNBLISSED reserves the right to determine whether damage is due to natural wear or improper handling.

Warranty Resolution

If a claim is approved, UNBLISSED will, at its sole discretion:

- Replace the product with the same or equivalent item, or

- Provide a store credit of equal value

Shipping costs for replacement items may apply unless otherwise stated.

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos or video of the issue

    • Brief description of how and where the banner was used

Our team will review your claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Policy Updates

UNBLISSED reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will not affect claims already submitted.
